FAQ

First, we discuss the order details and production details by email/WhatsApp/WeChat. Then we issue you PI for your confirmation. You need to prepay the full amount or 50% of the payment before we go into production. After receiving your payment, we start to process the order. It usually takes 25-35 days for a large order if we don’t have stock. During the production process, we will contact you for shipping details or the balance payment. After the payment is completed, we start to prepare shipment for you.

Samples in stock can be sent out within 3 days, samples with customized colors and printing will take about 7 days. The lead time for confirmed orders is about 30-35 days.

After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay T/T, Paypal, and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

Our products are shipped from China.

Panyuepack will provide customized color and printed samples for customers before bulk production. The samples are free and will be completed within 7 working days. These samples will serve as confirmation for the order.

The Quality Assurance team at our facility conducts a thorough review of all products before shipping. International customers may also ask a third party to check the quality before shipment.

We typically offer a replacement for any defective items. In some cases, we may issue a credit to the customer or include replacements in their next shipment.
