Our Quality Inspection Process

Check the packing list: Check whether the actual shipment quantity is consistent with the quantity on the order and delivery list, and ensure that all products are included.
Functionality testing: Testing the functionality of the packaging, such as the pumping effect of the pump bottle, the accuracy of the dropper bottle, the sealing of the bottle cap, etc., to ensure that it operates properly.
Packaging integrity inspection: Ensure that each packaging unit is intact, including the outer box and internal protective materials, and check for damaged or unqualified packaging.

Surface inspection: Ensure the glass bottle’s surface treatment is uniform, including spraying, electroplating, and silk-screen printing, with no defects or color differences.
Chemical resistance test: Test the reaction of the glass bottle after contact with cosmetics or other chemicals to ensure that no reaction or contamination occurs.
Cleanliness inspection: Ensure that there are no residual contaminants or production traces in the post-processing process of the glass bottle, and meet the cleanliness requirements.

Appearance inspection: Check the surface of the glass bottle for scratches, bubbles, cracks or other defects to ensure that the appearance meets quality standards.
Size and shape measurement: Ensure that the size and shape of the glass bottle meet the design specifications, including diameter, height and wall thickness, etc., to ensure consistency and correct matching of accessories.
Impact resistance test: Test the performance of the glass bottle under falling or impact conditions to evaluate its impact resistance to reduce the risk of breakage during transportation and use.
